This 5-week course will take the students through the basic concepts of yoga breathing and safe asana (yoga postures) practice. Each week's session will have stronger focus on a specific aspect of the practice in order to create a strong foundation for safe practice and individual alignment: breathing and core support, standing poses, balancing, sun salutation, and backbends. This is a great way to learn the basics for our hot yoga and vinyasa classes.
This third beginners' course will start on Sunday 25th June and run weekly until 23rd July inclusive.

Price for the 5-week block is £45 / 40* (*with a valid student ID*).
Please note that pre-booking is required and the block of 5 classes need to be paid in full before the first session. Drop-in sessions are not available for this course.
This course is designed for people who are new to yoga but everyone is welcome. It never hurts to go back to the foundations!
