This class is suitable for any level, bendy wendys to your stiff susans (these are not real people).
This will involve a 10 minute cardio and joint mobilisation warm up. Then the rest of the class will be focused on stretching. We will focus on a full body stretch but will focus on different parts of the body that help with aerial activies. For example shoulders, back bends, splits etc.
As this class is not weekly, you will be given homework to complete to ensure you can see progress. Photos will be taken to measure progress (this is optional but encouraged for your own personal viewing if nothing else).
