Join us this Spring for a dynamic and peaceful morning where our expert instructor will guide you in how to develop mindfulness skills that you can use everyday.

Edinburgh city and by the hand of our expert teacher Laura Wilson.
Laura, founder of Edinburgh Community Yoga, has long been fascinated by body/mind practices. In 2012 she took a trip to The Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in India and qualified to teach Hatha Yoga, traditional Ashtanga, Chanting, Meditating and Pranayama. Back in the UK, Laura continued developing her knowledge by gaining qualifications from British Wheel of Yoga and The Minded Institute, becoming a yoga for Pregnancy teacher, a Minded Addiction Recovery practitioner and Minded Yoga Therapist specialising in mental health.
What can you expect?
This workshop is open to people who are new to yoga and mindfulness and to those with experience.
*Learn to meditate and develop awareness
*A heart opening yoga practice
*Breath work (pranyama)
*Guided Visualisation focusing on the heart and developing gratitude.
*A chance to meet up with others interested in mindfulness and yoga
The Workshop will take place at the well known Meadows park. A lovely outdoor area surrounded by fresh grass and spring flowers while still located in the heart of the city.
Allow yourself time and space to engage with your meditation and yoga practice as a means of nourishment.
