We're delighted to announce that Gary Maclean, MasterChef: The Professionals Champion 2016, is joining us in Tigerlily for an evening of modern Scottish cookery.
With 16 years of passionate teaching as the Chef Lecturer at the City Of Glasgow College, Gary took on 47 other professional chefs in the pursuit of gastronomic glory, battling through seven weeks of fierce competition before being crowned king of the kitchen.
Both a multi-award winner and a world class educator, Gary's cookery celebrates Scottish produce and as Greg Wallace said 'It’s modern, it’s of the moment and I think it’s fantastic'!!!
