During this course you’ll:
— Explore the fundamentals of what meditation is
— Experience a range of both guided and unguided meditations

— Become equipped with the tools to create your own home meditation practice
The course will run Sunday's at 15:00 from 02 July until 30 July 2017 and you will be guided by Stephanie, founder of Sunshine Yoga an open hearted, dedicated mindfulness enthusiast with a loyal meditation practice.
