Our Gym Health and Fitness advisor Callum is committing to 3 back-to-back RPM classes to raise funds for Down's Syndrome Scotland

8.15am — 9.00am Morning Breakfast Blast (usual RPM slot)
9.15am — 10.15am RPM Greatest Hits (charity class)
10.30am — 11.30am Speed, Mountains & Hills (charity class)
Join in the charity fun and make a donation to secure your seat for the 9.15am or 10.30am classes. The usual 8.15am class can be booked online or at reception.
All we ask is that you make a donation for each class you attend, you’ll find a booking sheet at the reception.
