Poppy seed roulade: a traditional Polish Christmas cake filled with poppy seeds, raisins, mixed peel, ground almond, sugar and butter. Sounds good, doesn’t it!
Home made stollen: a relevation, much moister than what’s usually on offer. Really one of these things where homemade beats shop-bought by a mile. Home made marzipan for the stollen is easy, quick and tasty so we will make our own.
Shortbread: everyones favourite and so simple, though there are as many recipes as there are bakers.
