Meditation and pranayama are 2 of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga as outlined by Patanjali. Sometimes there can be a mystery surrounding meditation and pranayama practices so Nadine is striving to assist you to gain a deeper insight to further your knowledge and understanding of these practices.
In our session together we will work with some very simple asana (another 1 of the 8 limbs) and explore guided and non-guided meditation practices. We will also be practicing various therapeutic pranayama practices to support the immune system and our general well being as the seasons change. These practices are superb life tools that you can apply to your regular asana practice.
So come along, move gently, breathe and be still.
