Get some outdoor cardio and fitness at our run training event with local coach James Waldie. James is a Scottish international hill and trail runner and winner of many off road races. As well as being fast and working in Run4it, James also has an outdoor fitness business, Active-Edinburgh.
James will lead a run fitness session starting at 6.30pm at PedalHouse and taking us out into the local park for some running technique tips and drills, some interval training suitable for all levels, some core and some fun running in groups.
This session will benefit you whether you are new to running or a regular runner as it will take you back to the basics of run training with the expert guidance of an elite runner and coach. We will come back for some recovery drinks in the studio afterwards.
