Brace yourselves. Pollyanna, the notorious late night cabaret party returns! As The Scotsman puts it, we are ‘defiantly queer, messy, and a bona fide asset to the Fringe’. Come and get messy with us this Fringe, end your night at our place. Oh, and its free!
«the craziest filthiest any-hole-will-do cabaret variety night … It’s a show, a happening and a movement. Your life is poorer for not having been yet.»
PREVIEW: Wednesday 2nd August
LAUNCH NIGHT: Thursday 3rd August
Sunday — Thursday throughout August (6th-10th, 13th-17th, 19th-24th)
Performances from 11pm. Dancing until 3am with our DJ, Aphid.
As always, the night is hosted by feral drag creature Pollyfilla, infamous for last year’s ‘Brexit: The Musical.’ Pollyfilla will host a different line up of alternative performance each night, bringing you the best queer talent from across the fringe and beyond. Sweat, glitter, cocktails, performance and dancing to the end of the night…
Featuring Desert Storm, Georgia Tasda, Denim, Diane Chorley, Betty Grumble, Alice Rabbit, LoUis CYfer, Jessica McKerlie, Reuben Kaye, Mawaan Rizwan, Paula Varjack, Jak Soroka and loads more…
“In the context of an ever-more-commercialised Fringe, it’s a down-and-dirty joy to find a regular free event showcasing material from beyond the mainstream and, as the show turns into a party, providing a space to keep the vibe going. Given the chance, people can find paradise in the strangest things.”

“If you’re a queer and going to Edinburgh, you can’t not go,” … It’s hosted by a queen called Pollyfilla, who is wildly nuts and fun and brilliant. … It is one of the most fun things, and one of the most queer things, at the festival.”
“For those seeking the edge of queer creative talent, this is not one to miss."
Sadly the venue is not accessible. There is level access (with a ramp at entrance) to the bar and show viewing area. The toilets are down a set of stairs.
