Adam Shepherd works as a Thai massage therapist and Yoga teacher, using the two as complementary ways to release tension and feel healthy. Putting both together, he has developed a passion for group classes teaching people to massage themselves easily and safely – because a 5 minute self-release daily or when in need can be a powerful addition to existing Yoga practice and massage treatments.
Coming from 15 years in a corporate software development house, Adam has used Yoga and massage to gradually unlock the accumulated tensions and feel healthier each year. He is enthusiastic to support others unlocking their own tensions.
