A yoga, mindfulness and self care workshop designed to reset & restore your body and mind before the transition into Autumn.
After a busy and bright Summer, it can be easy to dread the arrival of Autumn, as the nights draw in and the colder weather approaches, but there is much to gain from riding this transition calmly and in good spirits. The chance to prioritise self care and cultivate an inner warmth will help you shift with the darkening days, growing and maintaining your energy and wellbeing.
90 minutes of slow, gentle yoga combined with long held restorative poses that will leave you feeling truly relaxed and ready to transition into Autumn. Located in the beautiful Wellbeing Lab at Restoration Yard, Dalkeith Country Park — the perfect setting for a morning of self care & relaxation.
Suitable for all levels, including absolute beginners.
All mats & props provided — just wear comfortable clothing!
