Join Sarah for an Autumn Yoga & Afternoon Tea event, designed to be a nourishing embrace to guide us into the season with warmth and ease.
Autumn is a time to reflect and find balance. There is a feeling in nature of change and movement which can sometimes make us feel unsettled, however when we can harvest and celebrate all that the year has brought, and embrace the impermanence in ourselves and in nature, we can begin to plant the seeds to nourish and nurture ourselves over the coming months.
The yoga will be a balance of dynamic, heat building and energising flow sequence followed by grounding and replenishing restorative postures and a guided meditation. Creating balance and harmony by moving, breathing and letting go.
The afternoon tea will be a fresh spin on the classic. The vegetarian menu includes both savoury and sweet dishes, like traditional afternoon tea, but with all the health benefits and vibrancy that the season has to offer!
The cost of attendance per workshop is £35 (£30 for members).
Spaces are limited due to the workshop being a specialised class. Please note workshops are non-refundable, non ex-changeable for other goods or services, but are transferable to other people for the use of attending the workshop.
