Real Talk is back for the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival 2017!
Join us for an evening of personal storytelling centred around mental health. You will hear real stories crafted by real people and have an opportunity to be a part of an informal Q&A with the speakers after.
Real Talk aims to cultivate connection and compassion through conversation about mental ill health. Together we can reduce stigma and embrace the complexity of being human.

Audience feedback includes: «Mental health has always been close to my heart having personal experieces with it myself. It was a beautiful reminder of how human we all are, even complete strangers.»
«Unexpectedly enlightening. I was in awe at how brave people were in sharing their stories and I was surprised that everyone led everyday lives.»
All speakers are empowered with two storycrafting workshops beforehand, free of charge. If you have a story waiting to be told and are interested in being a speaker at this event please get in touch at [email protected]
