Kat invites you to join her for a yoga workshop created for self care. By way of yogic philosophy and the practices of meditation, pranayama, mantra, journaling and restorative yoga, Kat will guide you on a journey to free up the mind from Tapas (burn out). There will also be a sweet and long Savasana with the purpose of restoration and rebirth.This workshop will ease you into the darker, quieter months and get you ready for some serious hibernation. This is the practice of nourishing yourself so you can better support others and create lasting changes of self-care in your life.
No experience is required – come exactly as you are. Whether or not you are new to yoga on the mat, Kat will be fully present for your journey. Her main goal is to give you tools so you can continue this ritual of deliberate self-care and personal enrichment.
Please feel free to bring your favorite notebook and/or pens, though paper and pens will be provided.
