Kombucha is a fermented tea drink that orginated in China well over 2000 years ago. Renowned for its probiotic properties, kombucha has gained in popularity throughout the world since. With its slightly sparkling sensation, its taste has been compared to champagne and can be flavoured with different fruits, herbs & spices. So come along and meet your SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeasts) and learn how to make a drink that not only tantilises the tastebuds, but may aid your gut diversity too!
