This week take a step back in time to your favourite Phys Ed class where fitness wasn’t about gains or biceps but games and… burpees?
The hour will be filled with full-body strength and conditioning exercises, partner challenges and games to distract you from the struggle. As a personal trainer and physiotherapy student, Rachelle cares about form and functionality but also doesn’t take anything too seriously.
Come with a friend and get sweaty to earn yourself those extra late night Christmas Party snacks!
