Our small group 12-week semi-personal training sessions are a fantastic way to start making a positive change to your current health and wellbeing regime.
If you want to commit to a healthy lifestyle change in a safe and fun environment, working alongside Matt, our senior personal trainer then look no further. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6-7am Matt will put you through your paces and create the most beneficial and effective workout to get you one step closer to your goals.
Each class is tailored and places emphasis on you performing and functioning better therefore improving overall lifestyle change.
Each session will consist of a maximum of 8 people ensuring that Matt can analyse your technique guarding your safety through all the exercises. Every session starts with the essential mobilisation techniques, making sure that your body is prepared and ready for your exercise session. Moving onto the main body of the session followed by a cool down and stretch.
The £150 12-week semi personal training package includes:
24 semi personal training sessions. Online support group with daily reminders and tips for better health, Access to over 35 hours of additional classes, including yoga and PIYO.
All this for just £12.50 per week!
