We will begin the morning with a Kundalini yoga session which will I will gently lead. Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and some chanting.
The goal is to build physical vitality, to find peace and balance and to increase consciousness.
After this uplifting kriya we will hopefully all feel open and expanded to flow into Alec Cooper's singing session:
His intention is to bring his amazing tanpura and to expose people to the musical, meditative, and even mind-altering potential of relatively simple singing exercises.
