Self-defence is a holistic attitude and a willingness to respect and protect ourselves and the ones standing with us.
It requires good physical condition, cool mind, positive attitude, confidence and flexibility. Techniques that will be presented: Junan Taiso-Warm up, Sabaki Kata-Body movement, Ha Jutsu-Escaping from grips, Kyusho Wasa-Pressure points strikes, Defence against knife attacks and stick strikes. Teacher Ilias Gazis is a 2nd dan, black belt instructor (shidōshi-ho) in the traditional Japanese martial art of Ninjutsu, Yoga teacher (Avid Yogi School- RYS 200) and an active Shiatsu practitioner.
No previous martial art experience or special outfit is required. All ages and level of fitness welcome.
