Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6-7am Ryan will put you through your paces and create the most beneficial and effective workout to get you one step closer to your goals. Each class is tailored and places emphasis on you performing and functioning better therefore improving overall lifestyle change. Each session will consist of a maximum of 8 people ensuring that Ryan can analyse your technique guarding your safety through all the exercises.
The £150 8-week semi personal training package includes: 24 semi personal training sessions, Online support group with daily reminders and tips for better health.
