Siri Akal Kaur, PhD, originally from Ireland, has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation for almost 5 years, mostly in Edinburgh Scotland, where she got her PhD in Environmental Engineering. Siri Akal's classes, often accompanied by her live mantra music, are uplifting, energising and balancing for the mind, body and spirit. Her classes are accessible to all, whether you are brand new to yoga, or are an experienced yogi.
