Join Amy for a 3-part Ashtanga Yoga Workshop Series.
This workshop series is an introduction to the Ashtanga Primary series postures.
The first will break down sun salutations and standing postures. The second will focus on seated postures and jump back and through. The third and final class will focus on the finishing sequence.
Each will address breath, bandha and alignment for how to practice with depth and awareness.
This is an opportunity for seasoned practitioners to go deeper and for those new to the practice to explore it in a workshop style setting.
There will be homework challenges set for the interim time so that students have a focus for the next workshop.
