5th Syn Festival Edinburgh
Odysseys Short Film Screenings (Basement Theatre, Adam House)
This year’s Syn Festival, under the title ‘Odysseys’, constitutes a celebration of diversity, multiculturalism and symbiosis.
With the multicultural city of Edinburgh taken as a starting point, Syn Festival presents the work of seven Scottish based filmmakers who drew inspiration from this year’s theme, Odysseys. Their work includes a wide range of genres, from documentary to more experimental films.
The event will take place on Thursday 15th March 2017 at Adam House (Basement Theatre) at 7.00 pm. A Q & A session will be starting right after the end of the screenings with selected filmmakers.
***Doors open: 6.30 pm. Show starts: 7 pm***
***Admission is FREE. Donations will be given to projects supporting homeless people in Edinburgh. ***
