Yoga and Mindfulness: a perfect combination. During 90 minutes you will enjoy a variety of yoga and mindfulness practices will be offered by Yoga-Nu-U and Pause & Breathe.
Join us for four sessions as we explore the five yogic elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether. Each one is essential to our survival, each one contains its own unique properties. We will have one week devoted to each:
Sunday 15th April: Earth
Sunday 22nd April: Water
Sunday 29th April: Fire
Sunday 13th May: Air / Ether
(Please note that there is no session on 6th May).
Each of the sessions will run from 8-9.30pm. It's £40 to book for the 4 weeks, or each session can be attended individually for £12. Pre-booking is advised, to ensure your place. Please do contact use to book in for an individual session — email details are included below.
Don't worry if you don't have any experience in either Yoga or Mindfulness — we're happy to work both with beginners or with folk with some experience. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided, although you may wish to bring along your own. Bring a blanket to use during the relaxation that bridges our Yoga and Mindfulness offerings, this will help keep you cozy.
