About Vipassana meditation

There are two types of meditation — Samatha (tranquillity, object meditation) and Vipassana (insight meditation). Samatha meditation is a great tool to calm down either yourself or your energy and relax you by focusing your attention on an object. But if you really want to see within, you should try Vipassana. Vipassana allows you to take a look at your behavioral patterns and work with them. Vipassana was created by Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama) and it helps you face any fears and unwanted feelings you might have. And not just that. Many people who practice Vipassana get to enlightenment and raise their awareness. So if you do not want to run away anymore and want to face the issues you're experiencing, try Vipassana. And embrace the reality the way it is.

Lucie is a meditation instructor, who travels to share the love.

She is not a typical guide, she knows that we are all equal. We all are teachers and students. And she will treat you that way. She will create the circle, where we will use the gift of this kind of meditation together. Every energy will be important.

Lucie was so far sharing meditation in Africa Schools, South African Prison, Asia and in Edinburgh.
Lucie believes that our main purpose in life is to find the truth, help each other and live in a harmony with our Mother Earth, Nature, and Animals.
