Explore the benefits of the compassionate body scan.
Coordinate your posture, movement and breath with Qi Gong.
This workshop is open to anyone interested in mindfulness; from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
About the teacher
This workshop will be led by Craig Ali. As well as being an accredited mindfulness teacher, qualified through the Mindfulness Association, Craig is a certified holistic lifestyle coach, Thai massage therapist, personal trainer and the founder of Total Health (totalhealth.uk.com
